Career Profile Analysis

The first step in your personal journey to career and material satisfaction is a Career Profile Analysis. Career Profile Analysis is a comparative analysis in which your individual design is examined in three different material configurations: Partnership, Group and Corporate. The Career Profile Analysis compares your potential in each of these categories and provides you with a career direction that will allow you to fulfill your potential. This could be the most important investment you will ever make!

There are two types of Career Profile Analysis:

Career Profile Overviews – An overview is a simplified version of the in-depth analysis. This is for individuals wanting guidance in their career and material path. It’s a good first step to see if you would like to go further with a more in-depth analysis.
Career Profile Analysis – There is nothing more satisfying than having our work and career be in complete alignment with our unique talents, gifts and what we love to do. Not only is it satisfying, it creates an environment where the natural byproduct is success. When we don’t love our work, we experience internal conflicts, frustration, bitterness, anger or burnout. An in-depth analysis of individual skills, attributes and weaknesses, includes how you can best take advantage of these areas, and how you are best suited to offer your unique skills to the marketplace, and make the most of your ability to be successful. It includes how to manage the sometimes-difficult transition from your usual way of working, to working on your own, in partnership or a team within large or small groups.

Alpha One Analysis

Alpha One Analysis is a personal business design analysis focusing on how to apply your leadership qualities within a small business (3-5 people), and detailing where to focus your talent, your time and your energy. You will also be shown, within the business context, where you lack certain abilities and how to compensate by building the right kind of support and staff you will need to transform your business and career. Understanding our weaknesses or obstacles to success is paramount to our success: we must understand our obstacles to success in order to compensate for and turn the obstacles into opportunities. Alpha One Analysis will show you where to put your focus and where you need to delegate.

Small Business Analysis

Small Business Analysis is a powerfully accurate and efficient analysis of the characteristics, dynamics, potential and problems of any working group, offering practical and effective recommendations to transform the bottom line. The majority of working teams have gaps. These gaps can prevent a small business from being successful and cause a tremendous amount of wasted time and resources. The Small Business Analysis will show you where these gaps are and provide solutions for managing and filling these gaps. In addition to the group analysis, it includes the analysis of each contributing team member of the group, revealing possible causes for non-productivity and unsatisfied team members. Each analysis is based on a unique, proprietary graphing tool unavailable anywhere else.

Alpha One Consultation & Engineering

Alpha One and Small Business Analysis is utilized in this method. It is designed for business groups and their Directors and Managers. It offers a group leader the insights and training in how to work effectively and profitably with their group, including re-engineering, recruitment and expansion.

Growing Your Business

OC16 is the understanding of large organization dynamics. This information will provide the basic ‘next steps’ when growing into a larger business group.
